Service Description

How can I prepare for basic training in the military? So if you are looking to join the Army, RAF, Navy you've come to the right place. I served in the Parachute Regiment and I feel with my experience and knowledge I can help young men and women achieve their goals in joining the military as I did. The reason for me adding this to my training programs is I have seen too many young recruits over the years get broken in the first 8 weeks of basic training. Maybe through a lack of prep before the joining date. So I have designed this program which has been proven to work and help build your mental toughness which you will need. But also the physical robustness with tabbing and structured military fitness so you do not get injuries through training. If you would like to train with me for help and guidance you must have the following: ​Start date for Pre Selection training Be involved with Military Preparation College Start date for basic training
