One-on-One

Delivered in either: 5 x one hour sessions (over max 1 month) 10 x one hour sessions (over max 2 months) 20 x one hour sessions (over max 3 months)

  The obvious benefits, of engaging with our personal training services one-on-one, are that you can be assured of my full commitment to helping you achieve your own personal goals. With a tailored introduction that is specific to you, your lifestyle and your personal achievements we will work through your programme together. First steps are getting to know each other, we will need to understand your short, medium and long term goals, what they are and together we can agree on a timescale to help get you where you want to be. This is done through a review of your medical assessment, lifestyle, your day to day life, eating habits and capabilities in terms of fitness and exercise. These steps are reviewed regularly as time passes, charting your success as we go, so any adjustment can be made to give you the maximum benefit from my personal training programmes. So please be assured, we will be working just as hard as you, to make sure you get you the results you want.

 

Personal Training Pricing Structure

 £30.00 Per hour (physical training only)

 

 £145.00 5 x 1 Hour Sessions training  

 

 £275.00 10 x 1 Hour Sessions (training & nutrition) 

 

 

 £510 per person – 20 x 1 hour training/nutrition (medical/output/charting/progress)

Grouped Personal Training

Delivered in one hour sessions (min 2 people, max 4 people)

  One big advantage of this type of personal training is the opportunity to start your journey with friend(s), family or colleagues. You will all be assessed for personal fitness and programme(s) will be developed to take you all through the levels of fitness, weight loss and or health improvements that you want to set through your personal goals. In the small group you can all rely on me to support you individually if needed, but together it is encouraging to have a healthy level of support and competition, to ensure we get you where you want to be.
