The boot camp sessions are 3 times per week at different venues.


We run a fun challenging friendly fitness outdoor boot camps which are loosely based on military style training modified for all shapes, sizes and abilities.


Here at Drop Zone Elite Fitness we love to mix the sessions up so you never know what you’re gonna get.
